Meet Nicole - That's me!

I became a business owner at 23 and spent ten years building something from the ground up. I loved the clients, the pride, the independence, but like a lot of entrepreneurs, I was so focused on the business that I wasn't thinking about my own future. No CPP contributions, no RRSP, no retirement plan, no protection. I was building something, just not for myself.

That changed when I met my advisor. She introduced me to a financial tool I didn't know existed, one that made sense for my needs. Flexible for fluctuating income, with long term strategy, built in guarantees, and tax advantages that go beyond what most people know about from traditional options like TFSAs and RRSPs. It secured my future in a way I didn't think was possible at that stage of my life.

That experience is a big part of why I made the career change I did. This industry has an aging workforce and a real gap in younger advisors who understand what it's like to be self employed, to have irregular income, to be figuring it out without a pension waiting at the end. I want to be that person for others.

This is now my specialty, advising in aspects of finances pertaining to health, wealth and longevity.

I obtained my LLQP certification and became licensed in BC and AB. Since then I've focused on financial education, helping people plan for retirement, protect themselves and their businesses, invest with confidence, and build wealth that lasts.

Today I'm happily rooted in Campbell River, supported by my dad, my partner Phillip, great friends, and Leo, our blue-and-gold macaw who rarely leaves my side.
